We are working hard to continue to keep our staff and clients safe as we transition into the next phase. Please see below for the latest protocol:

  • Our curbside/concierge service will continue through mid July, this is for food/medication pickups and surgery drop offs)
  • All appointments will remain call in check ins. Owner should call when you get to clinic. Reception will check you and a tech will then come out to get you (only 1 owner allowed) and your pet. You will then be escorted to an exam room. Owners should be wearing a face mask.
  • If you have been exposed or have been ill we HIGHLY recommend you cancel your appointment or ask for drop off exam.
  • Clients that come into the clinic, MUST stay in their exam rooms and we ask that you please remain a safe distance away from our techs and doctors as we exam your pet.
  • When exam is over, the tech will escort you to the reception area to be checked out. When checking out we ask that you remain a safe distance away from other clients and staff. Reception area will have appropriate signage to help with this.
  • As the weather gets hotter, we understand some clients may not have air conditioning in their cars, we ask that you tell us this when checking in and we can have an in lobby waiting area for you.
  • Please be patient as these extra safety measures for you, can add time to your wait and visit. Our goal is to keep everyone save and healthy.
  • All medication refills can take up to 48 hours to fill and special order medications can take up to 1 week, so please let us know as soon as possible and AGAIN, please be patient with us.
  • IF you call and cannot get through, please continue to call, DO NOT leave a message on the answering machine if you are checking in. We will get to you.
